The surfaces exposed to wear are made from HARDOX (wearresistant metal), whilst those subjected to stress are made from special high yield point alloy steel. The moulds are designed in their “vibrating mould block” sets with a finite element modal analysis system; with this special procedure it is possible to practically eliminate the causes of breakage and achieve manufactured pieces of extreme quality.Every mould, together with its related machine, is tested and certified in the factory on test benches before delivery to guarantee that they function perfectly and obtain the highest level of quality and safety certification.
