Features of high-efficiency twin-shaft mixer

The shaft end seal is equipped with a floating oil seal ring and a multi-layer labyrinth seal structure composed of special seals and mechanical seals, which has reliable sealing, high stability and long service life.

It is equipped with a fully automatic lubrication system, four-point independent oil pump oil supply, high working pressure and excellent performance.

The upper motor installation layout is equipped with a belt self-tensioning device (patented technology) to improve transmission efficiency, avoid excessive wear and damage of the belt, and reduce maintenance costs.

The barrel adopts a large volume ratio design concept, which can effectively improve the mixing efficiency, extend the service life of the shaft end seal, and reduce the probability of material sticking to the shaft.

The large opening design of the discharge door prevents material jamming and leakage, with low wear and tear, and the sealing effect is efficient and long-lasting.
